The Scorpion ’25 MD, which has already proven its worth with many large fish from bass to bluefish, has been further developed and is now even stronger and easier to handle. The new Scorpion MD300 is the first size 300 reel with a solid core body. The highly rigid body exhibits less flex than ever before, improving power transmission during the retrieve and providing a significant advantage when fighting large fish head-on. The drag system utilizes the new SVS Infinity MD TUNE mechanism. In addition to stepless adjustment via an external dial, the eight drag shoes ensure high braking power. Furthermore, its ability to handle huge lures with high drag and sudden changes in wind direction has been improved. We recommend the Seaguar R18 LTD , the test winner among FC lines from Japan, as a suitable line.
