The Scum Frog Bass Rat is a weedless topwater bait designed to imitate a small rodent swimming across the surfacean easy meal that can draw explosive strikes from big bass. Its realistic profile and surface action make it an excellent choice for fishing around thick vegetation and shallow cover where conventional topwater lures are difficult to use.Built with a soft, collapsible hollow body, the Bass Rat moves easily across grass, lily pads, mats, and other snag-prone areas. The body compresses when a fish strikes to help expose the hooks and improve hookup performance. Work it with a steady swimming retrieve or use short twitches and pauses to imitate a struggling animal moving across the surface.Whether you’re fishing thick summer vegetation, overhanging cover, or shallow shoreline structure, the Scum Frog Bass Rat provides a unique topwater presentation that can tempt aggressive bass and generate unforgettable strikes.Features:Realistic rat-inspired topwater profileWeedless design for fishing heavy coverSoft, collapsible hollow bodyEffective with steady, twitching, and pause retrievesExcellent around grass, mats, lily pads, and shoreline coverUnique presentation for targeting quality bassDesigned for explosive topwater strikes
