The Cotton Cordell Mickey Jigging Spoon is a 1/4 ounce flutter/jigging spoon. It is a master at deception. They deliver a fluttering, fish-attracting descent on the fall that resembles a dying or injured baitish, and they are also deadly on a stop-and-go or straight retrieve. Consistently high performers even in heavy wind and current too.
