The Crappie Magnet is slightly larger than the Trout Magnet at 1 1/2 inches in length, allowing you to fish in deeper water while maintaining the horizontal falling action of the lure. Crappie prefer the look of a straight Crappie Magnet because it looks like their food source. The specially designed split-tail grub allows for a perfectly balanced lure. The most effective way to use this lure is dead-stick the Crappie Magnet at the proper depth. These bodies are designed to work with their Double Cross and Crappie Magnet Jig Heads. Their unique design causes the lure to fall horizontally, imitating a fish’s natural food source. 15 per pack. Features: UNIQUE SPLIT TAIL STAYS OPEN: Body has very little action but will consistently outfish skirts and curly tails that have more action. PROVEN: One of the top vertical fishing jigs for Crappie on the market; Has WON SEVERAL TOURNAMENTS over the years. MORE DURABEL: This lure simply catches more Crappie and is more durable than other tube jigs.
