Marttiini Superflex Filleting Knife 6in

The traditional filleting knife has undergone both an aesthetic and functional redesign. Even more flexibility than before exists in the blade. Thermally treated Finnish wood was used to make the handle. For a tighter grip of the knife, the surface patterns applied to the handle with laser technology provide a highly textured surface. A wax coating serves as protection for the handle.
Fish weighing up to 1 kilogramme can be processed using a blade of this length.
