DaHo Hollow Threading Needles are precision-made stainless steel hypodermic tube needles designed for threading mono and fluorocarbon leader through hollow braided line. Each needle is sized by its length for easy identification stand them on their open end and find the right size at a glance. The smallest (1020# size) measures 5.3″ and each larger needle is 0.1″ longer than the last, up to 6.4″ for the 300400# size.

The primary sizing dimension is the ID (Internal Diameter), which indicates the approximate mono/fluoro line size that fits inside. Select a needle at least .002″ larger than your line diameter for ease of use. ID sizes may vary up to .002″ due to standard stainless steel hypodermic tube manufacturing tolerances.
