The Daiwa 22 Seapower 66XXHST PE 8-12 Deep Drop Rod sports a blank constructed from Daiwas Glatech material,a combination of a carbon core wrapped perpendicular to the rod blankand longitudinal single axis fibreglass material which gives the rod the desired soft and shock absorbing nature. Since almost all fights areconducted with the rod in a gunwale rod holder, a softer blank action isdesirable for electric rods.

X45X Full Shield is also utilised to further enhance the torsional stiffness,a key component to dendoh rods which further reduces blank twist andeliminates power loss during the fight.Fuji Silicon Carbide SiC guides in a striking gold finish really set this rodout from the crowd. A heavy-duty ALPS swivelling roller tip controls the linefrom the tip preventing tangles and ensuring a perfect retrieve.
