Daiwa Fuego LT

A famous name returns to the Daiwa spin reel line-up in 2025 with the release of the new Fugeo. Spanish for Fire the new Fuego brings the heat, blending a bold list of technologies with classic styling to offer anglers a reel that ticks plenty of boxes.

It begins with AIRDRIVE DESIGN with Daiwa latest light tackle spin reel design concept reimaging the frontal region of the reel with its redesigned rotor and bail arm lighter and more refined resulting in less winding resistance, making the handle of the reel easier to turn.

A ZAION V body produces a rigid and sturdy frame that houses Daiwas famous DIGIGEAR drive system, while ATD drag, MAGSEAL, AIR ROTOR, WIREBAIL and a LONGCAST spool combine to create a reel thats destined to turn heads.

Features

Airdrive Design

Daiwa’s new Airdrive Design, a four pillar (Airdrive Rotor, Airdrive Bail, Airdrive Spool,
and Airdrive Shaft) design concept thatreduces weight, and enhances rotationalsmoothness and responsiveness to create areel that is next level in both form andfunction.

ZAION V BODY

A new generation of lightweight Daiwas resin and carbon material. The Zaion V material is both strong and incredibly lightweight.

ATD DRAG
Daiwas Automatic Tournament Drag uses an improved drag grease that exhibits a low viscosity at rest, yet becomes more viscous immediately after drag start up. This reduces initial drag start-up inertia and combined with the structural changes of the ATD Drag System results in a smoother drag from the initial hook up.
