A rear-fall short jig perfected by closely studying the habits of cutlassfish.
In the ever-evolving world of cutlassfish jigging, rear-fall jigs have been gaining attention in recent years.
Due to their habits, cutlassfish hunt by swimming mostly treading water. By concentrating balance on the rear, they fall faster than a center-balanced jig and reach range, ensuring a successful bite.
When jerking and reeling, the bouncing action creates a reaction from the cutlassfish, leading to a bite.
