The QUIKSET Weedless Crappie Jig was introduced into the fishing market in 1998. It has been the hottest selling weedless jig ever since. Fishermen use it to fish for crappie, other pan fish, walleye and smallmouth bass. The QUIKSET jig features a unique flexible, kickback action fiber weedguard that enhances the feel when fishing structures such as brush piles, rock beds, stumps and bluff shelves. In addition to the special weedguard, it has an extralong shank hook. The hook enables fishermen to catch fish on the slightest bite. The weedguard with its flexible action enables fishermen to pierce through only an 1/8 inch of the rubber skirt. The skirt will not pull off when a fish bites or when colliding with underwater structures. To apply the skirt, see the four steps on the jig package. The QUIKSET jig is the top tournament fishing jig in the nation. Fishermen use it for corking, pitching on the fall, spider rigging, deep trolling and longpole jigging. This weedless jig has outperformed all other weedless jigs. Tournament fishermen and the media have testified about how well the QUIKSET Weedless Crappie Jig performs.
