Lamson Speedster S HD Fly Reel

The Lamson Speedster S HD is a high-performance fly reel that is designed for use with thin-diameter running lines. It features a full-cage design that captures line without failure, making it a great choice for anglers who fish in saltwater or with long leaders. The full-cage design is the solution for thin-diameter running lines that are inclined to escape through spool/line-guard gaps. Speedster S HD and Speedster S have a taller and narrower format compared to other reels in Lamson’s lineup. The Speedster S HD is also significantly lighter than its predecessor, thanks to an enhanced spool machining technique.
