Nako Tungsten Flipping Weights are premium, eco-friendly fishing weights designed for flipping, pitching, and punching rigs, particularly for bass fishing. Below is a detailed overview based on available information:

• Material and Sensitivity: Constructed from 97% pure tungsten, these weights are denser than lead, offering 200% greater sensitivity for detecting underwater structures and bites. Their compact size (40% smaller than lead equivalents) enhances stealth and penetration through heavy cover like vegetation.
• Design Features:
  • Insert-Free: Diamond-polished interior prevents line damage, even with fluorocarbon, braided, or monofilament lines.
  • No-Chip/No-Fade Coating: A special solvent-treated finish ensures durability, resisting chipping even after heavy use or impact (e.g., thrown against concrete).
  • Size Markings: Weights are stamped with their size (e.g., 1/16 oz to 2 oz) for easy identification, a feature anglers highly value.
  • Colors: Available in no-chip black, green pumpkin, coral red, and silver, with black being the most common.
• Eco-Friendly: Made without lead, these weights are non-toxic, safer for fish, water, and anglers, aligning with Nakos lead-free initiative.
  • Applications: Designed for flipping, pitching, and punching through thick cover, these weights excel in heavy vegetation or around docks and rocks. Their tapered shape aids in slipping through cover to target fish in tough spots. Suitable for Texas and Carolina rigs.
  • Durability and Performance: Reviews highlight their robustness, with no paint chipping or line fraying even after rigorous use (e.g., fishing in rocks or docks). Theyve been tested for accuracy, with weights being dead-balls-on true.
