The Shimano Metanium DC is a robust reel with a DC braking system. With its various gear ratios and the resulting line retrievals, the reel is ideally suited for medium-light and medium-heavy fishing for our predators. The deep aluminum spool with the I-DC5 braking system allows for extremely relaxed casting distances and offers sufficient line capacity for FC enthusiasts.
We recommend the Seaguar R18 LTD , the test winner among FC lines from Japan, as a suitable line.
