The Shimano Ifish Tacklerat Kids Combos are a great starting combo for kids or really any entry-level angler looking to fish down at the local lake or wharf etc. They’re a quality Shimano combo that combines a 2-4kg rod (perfect for species like bream, whiting, flathead, perch etc) with an FX1000FC reel that’s super easy to use.

Features:

• Rear drag knob is really easy to use
• Fibreglass rod increases durability – you can bend these and bang them around a lot more than graphite rods, which is great for the little ones
• The reel comes pre-spooled with monofilament line suitable for general estuary fishing – so all you have to do is tie on your hooks, sinkers or lures.
