U-40 Perma Gloss is the ultimate one-part urethane rod finish, delivering a water-clear, non-yellowing coating thats tough enough to outlast the rod itself. Unlike bulky epoxy finishes, Perma Gloss creates a thin, protective layer ideal for applications where weight and buildup must be minimized.

Perfect for fly rods, light and medium spinning rods, and pack rods, Perma Gloss provides long-term durability without sacrificing sensitivity. Its UV-resistant formula makes it the go-to finish for rods constantly exposed to sun and weather, and it also excels as a protective coating for wood reel seats.
