Yamamoto Nuki Bug

Built on the DNA of the wildly popular Yamatanuki, the Yamamoto Nuki Bug takes the power-finesse concept and adds a whole new level of lifelike movement. Two flanged claws and six legs create a constant, quivering action that bass simply can’t ignore whether it’s falling through the water column or sitting on the bottom twitching in place.

Rig it weightless on an EWG hook and it swims with a subtle, natural action that perfectly mimics a small crawfish or aquatic creature. Pin it as a jig trailer and those appendages go to work adding bite-triggering secondary movement on every hop. At 3.5″, it’s the ideal finesse size for clear water, pressured fish, and situations where a smaller, more natural profile gets more bites.
